Three clubs share lead in Chess league

Agrani Bank Limited, Daba Dal and Asad Chess Club of Habiganj shared lead in the points table with maximum 6 match points after 3rd round games of the 2nd Division Chess League now being held at Bangladesh Chess Federation in the city Friday, reports BSS.

Mir Chess Club and Sonargaon Chess Club jointly shared the 2nd position with 5 points.

In the 3rd round games Thursday, Agrani Bank beat Barimojlish Chess Academy 3.5- 0.5 points, Asad Chess beat Dabanol Chess Club by 2.5-1.5 points, and Mir Chess split points with Sonargaon Chess by 2-2 points.
