Udayan Cricket Academy White outplayed Tarun Sangha by seven wickets in the third Division Qualifying Cricket League at the Dhaka University Ground in the city Monday, reports UNB.
Coin-favoured Tarun Sangha batted first and were all out for 139 runs in 29.5 overs with opener Farhad Hossain contributing innings highest 27 runs off 39 balls with two fours and two sixes.
Number seven Rumy 23, Kabir Hossain 19, Rezwan 18 and Mohammad Akib 13 were the other notable scorers.
Rezwan Kabir scalped four wickets for 31 runs in seven overs while Mohammad Fakhruddin and Maksud Babu took two wickets each.
In reply, Udayan Cricket Academy White eased to the victory scoring 141 runs in 24.4 overs at the loss of three wickets. Opener Manik scored the highest 35 runs off 43 balls featuring five fours while another opener Sujon Hossain made 30 off 38 balls including two fours and a six.
Rumy, Akib and Koushik shared the three wickets.
