Star-studded Usha KC posted their third consecutive win in the Need For Speed Shaheed Smriti Hockey Tournament outplaying Bangladesh Air Force by 7-1 goals in the day's lone match at Maulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium in the city Monday, reports UNB. The winners led the first half 3-0.

Zahidul Islam Rajon scored three goals, Rimon Kumar netted two, and skipper Shamsuddin Tuhin and Tabib-e-Noor scored one goal each for the winners. Raseluddin netted the consolation goal for the losers.

With the day's well-merited win, Usha KC share the top slot in the league table with Bangladesh Army securing full nine points from straight three matches.

Earlier, Usha KC defeated BKSP 2-1 and Dilkusha SC 2-0.

Today's matches: Usha KC vs Bangladesh Navy (2:45 pm), and Bangladesh Air Force vs Dilkusha SC (4:00 pm).
