Women cricketers sign contracts with BCB

Twelve women cricketers signed one-year contract with the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Thursday, reports UNB.
The women cricketers have been taken under the contract in three grades of 1, 2 and 3.
The grade 1 cricketers will receive a monthly salary of Tk 10,000 while grade 2 and 3 cricketers Tk 8,000 and Tk 6,000.The contracted women's players:
Grade 1: Salma Khatun, Sathira Jakir Jessy, Aysha Akter and Panna Ghosh
Grade 2: Shuktara Rahman, Champa Chakma, Farzana Hoque Pinky and Lata Mondol
Grade 3: Rumana Ahmed, Sohely Akter, Fatema Tuz Zohra and Tithi Rani Sarker
Chairman of the BCB Women's Wing Abdullah Al Fuad Redwan and other committee members were present at the contract signing ceremony at BCB office.
