102nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Crystal Insurance Company

The 102nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Crystal Insurance Company Limited was held at the company's Corporate Office in Dhaka on Sunday. Chairman of the company Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin) presided over the meeting. At the meeting, the Board accepted the unaudited financial statements of the company for the 3rd quarter (July-September, 2023). Directors AHM Mozammel Hoque, Abdullah Hasan, Md Tajul Islam, Farhana Danesh, Soera Zahir, Independent Directors Dr M Waliuzzaman, Kazi Nasim Uddin Ahmed and Md Rashedur Rahman, and Chief Executive Officer (C.C.) SM Shahidullah attended the meeting.
