11 JBL officials promoted

Nearly half a dozen senior officers of Janata Bank Limited (JBL) who were serving as deputy general managers (DGM) of the bank have been promoted to the posts of general manager (GM), says a statement.

Following are the newly-promoted officers and their new assignments:

Md Abdul Matin of Audit & Inspection Department of JBL Head Office has joined the bank's Rangpur divisional office as GM.

Head Office's Md Mofizul Islam has been promoted from the post of BDMD and joined the Secretariat of the bank's MD & CEO.

JBL Company Affairs Division's In-charge Mansur-ul Haque Md Jahangir has joined the same division with promotion.

Khulna Corporate Branch's Arun Prokash Bishwas has joined the Khulna Divisional headquarters (HQs) with promotion.

Mohammad Mostofa Anwar of Sheikh Mujib Road Corporate Branch of Chattogram has joined Monitoring and Compliance Division of the bank's Head Office.

Mymensingh Divisional HQs in-charge Mohammad Ekramul Haque Akon has joined the same division with promotion.

Mosammat Ambia Begum of Dhaka's Foreign Exchange Corporate Branch has joined Dhaka North Divisional HQs.

Anwara Aktar of Head Office's RCD-4 has joined JCIL.

Janata Bhaban Corporate Branch's In-charge SM Abdul Wadud has joined the same branch with promotion.

Barishal Divisional HQs In-charge Md Mizanur Rahman has joined the same HQs with promotion.

Md Ashraful Alam of Naogaon Area Office has joined Chattogram Divisional HQs with elevation.
