123rd meeting of the board of directors of Takaful Islami Insurance held

The 123rd meeting of the board of directors of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held on Tuesday at Dhanmondi, Dhaka. Chairman of the company Anwer Hossain Khan, MP presided over the meeting which was attended by Vice Chairman Abul Hashem and Chief Executive Officer Qazi Mukarram Dastagir. The board of directors approved financial statement for the year 2021 and recommended 11 per cent cash dividend for shareholders of the company.
