The 12th AGM of Baraka Power Limited was held in Sylhet recently. Faisal Ahmed Chowdhury and Fahim Ahmed Chowdhury, chairman and managing director respectively of the company, were present in the AGM which approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders.
