The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Matin Spinning Mills Limited was held on its factory premises at Sardaganj of Kashimpur in Gazipur on Wednesday. Chairman of the company Abdul Wahed presided over the meeting. Managing Director Mohammed Abdul Jabbar was also present on the occasion. The AGM approved 15 cash dividend for its shareholders.
