The 16th annual general meeting (AGM) of Shahjibazar Power Company Ltd was held virtually on Tuesday. Anis Salahuddin Ahmad, chairperson; Faridul Alam, managing director, and Yeasin Ahmed, company secretary, attended the meeting. The AGM approved 11 per cent cash dividend for FY 2022-23.
