19th AGM of Millennium Information Solution

The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Millennium Information Solution Ltd was held on Wednesday. Niaz Ahmed, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Mahmud Hossain, Managing Director and CEO and other directors and shareholders were present in the meeting. The shareowners of the company approved 5.0 per cent cash dividend and 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the period ended on June 30, 2020.
