The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pragati Life Insurance Limited was held on Sunday on a digital platform. Chairman of the company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting while CEO Md. Jalalul Azim was present. The shareholders unanimously approved 20 per cent cash dividend for the year 2019.
