21st Annual General Meeting of Jamuna Bank held

The 21st Annual General Meeting of Jamuna Bank Limited was held at RAOWA Convention Hall, Mohakhali, Dhaka on Tuesday. Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jamuna Bank and Chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation, presided over the meeting. Managing Director and CEO of the bank Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed and a large number of shareholders were present in the meeting. The AGM unanimously approved 17.50 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021.
