The 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) of Jamuna Bank Ltd was held virtually at the Corporate Head Office of the bank on Wednesday. Md Saidul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank, presided over the meeting. At the AGM, the shareholders approved 17.5 per cent cash and 8.5 per cent stock dividend for the year 2022.
