The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bank Asia Ltd was held virtually through digital platform on Thursday. Mr. Mohd. Safwan Choudhury, Vice Chairman of the Bank, presided over the meeting. The AGM approved 15 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021. Vice Chairmen, directors and President & Managing Director Mr. Md. Arfan Ali were present, among others.
