The 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) of Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) was held virtually on Wednesday. Chairman of CDBL Sheikh Kabir Hossain presided over the AGM. CDBL Vice Chairman AKM Nurul Fazal Bulbul and members of the board of directors Syed Manzur Elahi, Professor Dr Hafiz Md Hasan Babu, Asif Ibrahim, Md Abul Hossain, Md Afzal Karim, Md Harun-Or-Rashid, Tarique Afzal, and CDBL Managing Director and CEO (CC) Md Abdul Mutaleb were present. The AGM approved a 20 per cent cash dividend.
