23rd AGM of Mercantile Bank held virtually

The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mercantile Bank Limited was held virtually from its Head Office on Thursday. The meeting was presided over by Morshed Alam M.P, Chairman of the board of directors of Mercantile Bank Limited, while Managing Director & CEO of the bank Md. Quamrul Islam Chowdhury was present. The shareholders approved 12.5 per cent cash and 5 per cent bonus dividend in the AGM.
