The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Trust Bank Limited was held on Tuesday on a digital platform. Maj Gen Md Moshfequr Rahman, Vice Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting while Humaira Azam, Managing Director & CEO was present. The meeting approved 22.5 per cent dividend (12.5 per cent cash and 10 per cent stock) for the year ended on December 31, 2021.
