23rd Annual General Meeting of First Security Islami Bank held

The 23rd Annual General Meeting of First Security Islami Bank Limited was held on Wednesday on digital platform. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Mohammed Abdul Maleque, Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of First Security Islami Bank Limited. Among others, Professor Dr. Mohammad Gias Uddin Talukder, Chairman of Shariah Council, Members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Syed Waseque Md. Ali, Managing Director attended. The AGM approved a 5.0 per cent cash dividend and 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the year 2021.
