The 23rd Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held virtually on Sunday. Mr. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the Company, and Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) presided over the meeting. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. S. M. Mahbubul Karim was present in the meeting which approved 12.50 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021.
