Mr Christof Hässig, Chairman, LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited, presided over the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Monday held over digital platform. Mr Rajesh Surana, CEO & Director along with other members of the Board of Directors' of the Company were present during the AGM. The shareholders approved all the items of the agenda including 25 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021 at the AGM.
