The 24th annual general meeting of EXIM Bank was held virtually from its Dhaka head office on Monday. It was presided over by Board of Directors Chairman Md Nazrul Islam Mazumder, while Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Feroz Hossain also attended, where a 10 per cent cash dividend for 2022 was approved.
