24th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company held

The 24th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held on a virtual platform on Tuesday. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the company, Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) and Director of The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), presided over the meeting. Vice-Chairman Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Directors Naeema Hoque, Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Md. Murad Hossain Ripon, Independent Directors Md. Abdul Aziz and Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mitra, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) S. M. Mahbubul Karim, CFO Md. Altaf Hossain and Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Md. Liakat Hossen were present. The meeting approved 11 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022.
