The 256th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held recently at its Corporate Head Office, with Chairman of the committee Ekramul Hoque in the chair. Directors of the bank and members of the committee Abdul Halim and Md Moshiur Rahman, and Independent Director and member of the committee Nasir Uddin Ahmed joined the meeting virtually. Company Secretary Md Abul Bashar was also present in the meeting.
