28th AGM OF MIDAS FINANCING HELD

The 28th Annual General Meeting of MIDAS Financing PLC was held at MIDAS Convention Centre at Dhanmondi in Dhaka on Thursday. The meeting was presided over by Abdul Karim, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Members of the Board Gulam Rahman and Nazneen Sultana were present in the meeting, Mustafizur Rahman, Managing Director of the company, Tanvir Hasan, Deputy Managing Director & Company Secretery, and a large number of shareholders attended the meeting. Representives from DSE, CSE and independent scrutinizer also attened the meeting. All the agenda of the AGM, including adoption of audited financial statetments of the company for the year of 2023 along with Auditors Report and Directors' Report were approved unanimously.
