32nd AGM of Apex Footwear held

Syed Manzur Elahi, Chairperson of Apex Footwear Limited, presided over the company's 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held virtually on Wednesday. Syed Nasim Manzur, Managing Director of the company, was also present at the meeting. The shareholders approved 35 per cent cash dividend and 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended in June 2022.
