The 36th Annual General Meeting of Eastern Insurance Company Ltd. was held on Wednesday on digital platform. The Chairman of the Board Mujibur Rahman presided over the meeting while Vice-Chairman Azmal Hossain, Directors and MD & CEO Mohammad Haroon Patwary took part in the event. The A.G.M. approved 22 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders.
