Enamul Hoq, Chairman of Federal Insurance Co. Ltd., presided over the 36th Annual General Meeting held at the head office of the company at Panthapath in Dhaka through a hybrid system on Wednesday. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer A M M Mohiuddin Chowdhry was also present in the meeting, among others. The meeting approved 10 per cent cash dividend.
