The 37th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh General Insurance Co. Ltd. (BGIC) was held on a virtual platform recently, with its Chairman Towhid Samad in the chair. Managing Director & CEO Ahmed Saifuddin Chowdhury and other directors and officials and a large number of shareholders joined the AGM. The meeting approved 12.50 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021.
