The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of IDLC Finance Limited was held virtually on Tuesday on digital platform. The shareholders approved 15 per cent cash dividend (Taka 1.50 per share) and 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the year 2021. Aziz Al Mahmood, Chairman, IDLC Finance Limited, and other directors were present.
