The 38th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh General Insurance Co. Ltd. (BGIC) was held on a virtual platform recently. BGIC Chairman Towhid Samad presided over the meeting attended by a large number of shareholders. Managing Director & CEO of the company Ahmed Saifuddin Chowdhury was also present. The meeting approved 12 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022.
