The 38th annual general meeting of the United Insurance Company Limited was held on a virtual platform recently. At the AGM, the shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend for year 2022. Dr Wahiuddin Mahmood, Chairman of the Board, and other directors attended the meeting.
