38th annual general meeting of Samorita Hospital held

Samorita Hospital Limited Chairman Prof Reaz Ahmed Chowdhury presides over the 38th annual general meeting of the company held on a digital platform recently. The meeting approved the financial statement for the fiscal year ended on June 30 2023 and 10 per cent bonus dividend and also appointed the auditor for the fiscal year 2023-24.
