The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held at the bank's head office through physical presence and virtual platform on Tuesday. Monzurur Rahman, Chairman of the board of directors of Pubali Bank, presided over the meeting. The shareholders unanimously approved 12.50 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 31st December 2021 in the AGM.
