Asma Ali, Chairperson of the company, welcomed the participants with a motivational speech and thanked all colleagues for contributing towards the growth of the business in the last decade.
Syed Sadeque Md Ali, Managing Director, presented special reward for the high level performers of last year and highlighted the importance of teamwork needed to adjust with the ever-changing external environment in order to reach their goal.
Sariya Syeda Sadeque, Director of the company, presented the theme of the conference 'Evolve'.
The theme centered around the importance of moving forward despite changing market dynamics. In light of the conference theme, Nurul Islam, CEO, presented the target for the upcoming year, wherein the participants overwhelmingly agreed to achieve the same.
