46th AGM of Apex Tannery held

The 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Apex Tannery Limited was held on a digital platform on Wednesday. Chairman of the company Syed Manzur Elahi presided over the meeting. Managing Director A.K.M. Rahmatullah, directors Syed Nasim Manzur and Md. Abul Hossain, Director & CEO Md. Hedayetullah, Independent Director Dr. ATM Shamsul Huda, Chief Financial Officer Md. Main Uddin ACA, ACS and Company Secretary Sushanta Kumar Paul FCS were also present. The meeting approved 10 per cent cash dividend.
