47th AGM of Apex Tannery held virtually

The 47th AGM of Apex Tannery Limited was held virtually on Monday. Md. Abul Hossain presided over the meeting. Managing Director Md. Hedayetullah, Director Syed Nasim Manzur, independent director Dr. ATM Shamsul Huda, Chief Financial Officer Sajeeb Saha ACA, company secretary Sushanta Kumar Paul, and Head of Internal Audit and Compliance Md. Golam Mostafa Bhuiya were present. The meeting approved 5 per cent cash dividend to shareholders.
