The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce (SBAC) Bank Limited was held through online platform on Thursday. Abdul Kadir Molla, Chairman of SBAC Bank, presided over the meeting. Bank's Vice Chairman Al-Haj Mizanur Rahman and other directors and shareholders including Bank's Managing Director and CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting. The AGM approved 1.0 per cent stock and 3.0 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2021.
