A workshop on 'Prevention of money laundering & combating financing of terrorism' was jointly organised by the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) and Pubali Bank Limited. Mohammad Ali, managing director and chief executive of Pubali Bank, inaugurated the workshop virtually, while Md Arifuzzaman, director of Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), was the chief guest. The workshop was attended by officials from all commercial banks in Bandarban and Rangamati.
