Zahir Ahmed, Vice Chairman of ADN Group, handed over 12,000 face masks to protect the health of the officers and employees of various agencies under the Department of Posts and Telecommunications. Md. Noor-ur-Rahman, Secretary, Department of Posts and Telecommunications, received the masks on behalf of the minister in the conference room of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications at the Bangladesh Secretariat recently. Country's leading internet service provider, ADN Telecom Limited along with Chinese company, Genew Corporation has donated 12,000 face masks to protect the health of the officers and employees of various agencies under the Department of Posts and Telecommunications, engaged in the operation and maintenance of telecommunication and internet services in the current pandemic.
These "Corona Prevention Emergency Health Safety Gift Materials" were presented in honor of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, Mr. Mustafa Jabbar.
Mr. Md. Noor-ur-Rahman, Secretary, Department of Posts and Telecommunications received the masks on behalf of the Minister in the conference room of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications at the Bangladesh Secretariat recently.
The Secretary for Posts and Telecommunications thanked ADN on behalf of the Minister for Posts and Telecommunications, for the health safety gift materials.
He further said that such cooperation of ADN will encourage the staff engaged in ensuring uninterrupted connectivity, operation and maintenance.

Additional Secretary of Posts and Telecommunications, Mr. Md. Azizul Islam, Joint-Secretary Mr, Mokhlesur Rahman, ADN's Chief Project Officer Md. Azharul Huq Chowdhury and Head of Brand and Communications of ADN Group, Mr. Tanvir Md. Hafizul Hoque were also present on the occasion.
