The 12th annual general meeting (AGM) of Premier Cement Mills Limited was held in Chittagong on Saturday. Chairman of the board of directors Mohammad Mustafa Hyder, Managing Director Mohammad Amirul Huq and other directors were present in the meeting. The AGM approved 30 per cent cash dividend.
