Agrani Bank holds virtual board meeting

The 659th meeting of the board of directors of Agrani Bank Limited was held through online video conferencing, said a statement.

Chairman of board of directors of Agrani Bank Limited Dr Zaid Bakht presided over the meeting.

Chairman Dr Zaid Bakht, directors Mahmuda Begum, Kashem Humayun, Dr Md Faraz Ali, KMN Manjurul Hoque Lablu, Khondker Fazle Rashid, Abdul Mannan, observer of the bank Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank Kazi Saidur Rahman, were present from their home and Managing Director and CEO of Agrani Bank Mohammad Shams-Ul Islam participated in the meeting from office.

The meeting discussed financial motivation from government and other important issues of the bank.
