To improve communication with investors, Prime Bank Investment Limited (PBIL) recently launched PrimeInvest, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered digital assistant chatbot in a ceremony held at the PBIL head office in the capital's Banani.
The tool is the first-of-its-kind in the investment banking sector of Bangladesh, designed to support investors and market participants with convenient access to market information, according to a press release.With the chatbot, PBIL is setting a new standard in how clients engage with Bangladesh's growing capital market. The chatbot can seamlessly answers queries and enhance the overall user experience offering 24/7 real-time assistance.
This launch is a key milestone in PBIL's ongoing digital transformation, the statement says.
"This initiative is a testament to our dedication in delivering smarter and quicker solutions that would make investing simpler and more accessible for everyone." said Mr Syed M Omar Tayub, managing director and chief executive officer of PBIL.
