AKCMH free eye camp in Natore

Amjad Khan Chowdhury Memorial Hospital (AKCMH) organised a free eye camp for people in Natore in collaboration with Sandhani National Eye Donation Society, said a press release.

The free eye treatment camp was held at AKCMH at Chandpur of Natore Sadar Upazila on Friday.

Doctors have treated nearly 400 eye patients in the camp.

Nurul Afsar, head of corporate of PRAN-RFLGroup said: "The group has organised this camp for the common people as part of its corporate social responsibility. Many people in the country are suffering from various eye diseases. But many of them can't afford treatment. So we have organised this free eye camp."

Dr Rajib Ul Islam, coordinator of AKCMH, said, the free eye camp provided Eye vision testing, cataract selection, computer vision correction and full ophthalmology services under the supervision of a professor and two doctors.
