Al Arafah EC chair, vice-chair re- elected

Abdus Samad Labu and Abdul Malek Molla have been unanimously re elected as Chairman and Vice chairman of Executive Committee of Board of Al Arafah Islami Bank Ltd respectively, said a statement. They were elected at the 212th board meeting of the bank in the city recently. Abdus Samad Labu is one of the founder directors of Al Arafah Islami Bank Ltd, the Vice-chairman of S. Alam Group and the chairman of S Alam Cold Rolled Steels Ltd. Mr Samad is also the founder director of Northern General Insurance Ltd. and Reliance Finance Investments Ltd. Abdul Malek Molla is one of the founder directors of the bank. Born at Mothbaria thana of Pirozpur, Malek is the Managing Director of The Molla Trading Ltd. Mr Malek is one of the founder Trustees of The Asia Pacific University of Bangladesh and Bangladesh Islamic University. - FE Report
