The 172nd Audit Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited was held at Hotel Radisson Blue, Chittagong Tuesday.
Amir Uddin PPM, Chairman of the Committee presided over the meeting.
The Meeting reviewed and discussed about various audit related issues of the Bank.
Members of the Committee Alhajj Abdus Salam, Alhajj Abdul Malek Molla, Alhajj Niaz Ahmed, Khalid Rahim, Managing Director Md. Habibur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director Muhammad Mahmoodul Haque, Executive Vice President and Company Secretary Md. Mahmudur Rahman and other executives were present in the meeting, said a statement.
