The 460th Board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held at the bank's Head Office in Dhaka on Wednesday. Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting. The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were made at the meeting. Directors of the bank Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abu Eusuf and Mohammad Asraful Hassan, Observer and also Director (IBRPD) of Bangladesh Bank Mohammad Anisur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan and Company Secretary (Acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman attended the meeting.
