The 461st Board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held at its Head Office on Monday. Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting. The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were made at the meeting. Directors of the bank Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, Observer and Director (IBRPD) of Bangladesh Bank Mohammad Anisur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan and Company Secretary (Acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman were present at the meeting.
