Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved 32 per cent cash dividend for shareholders for the last financial year (2018-19), says a statement.
The approval came at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company at Premier Plaza at the capital's Badda on Saturday.
Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Managing Director Eleash Mridha, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Md. Abdus Salam FCA, directors Uzma Chowdhury and Sabiha Amjad, Director (Marketing) Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director (Accounts) Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Independent Director, Mohammad Yeamin, Company Secretary Kazi Abdur Rahman and shareholders of the company attended the meeting.
Shareholders thanked the management for the achievements of the company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming years.
The AGM ended by seeking continued support of the investors of the company and with a vote of thanks to the chair.
