Chairperson of Anlima Yarn Dyeing Limited Mrs Hubbun Nahar Hoque presiding over the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the factory premises of the company in Savar on Wednesday. The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Anlima Yarn Dyeing Limited was held on the factory premises at Karnapara in Savar on Wednesday.
Chairperson of the company Mrs Hubbun Nahar Hoque presided over the meeting. Managing Director Mahmudul Hoque briefed the shareholders about the performance of the company for the year 2016-17, according to a statement.
The AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend. The shareholders appreciated the efforts of the management and thanked them for rendering their services. The meeting also adopted the annual accounts and Directors report and appointed auditor for the year 2017-18.
